Our sophisticated manufacturing processes including the latest surface mounting technology for fine pitch (0.4mm/ 0.016” ) BGAs & QFPs, 0201 chips, dual wave soldering, conformal coating, potting, ultra-sonic welding, laser marking, ROHS process, in-circuit testing and functional testing. Our bar code system can also enhance the traceability level up to the desired standard set by customers.

All products are manufactured to the latest IPC workmanship standards.  Different production line setups will be used for fitting different product configurations.
